DOMINIQUE JODOIN
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dominique Jodoin is a co-founder, President and CEO of NoviFlow Inc. His responsibilities include developing the overall vision, strategic planning and execution of the company’s ambitious business plan. Previous positions include: President & CEO of Bluestreak, a provider of embedded video software to the wireless and cable industries; President Americas at Red Bend Software, a venture-backed provider of Mobile Software Management solutions (acquired by Harman International Industries); and EVP Sales at WaterCove Networks, a venture-backed company provider of GGSNs (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent). He also has worked for 17 years within the Ericsson Group, in a variety of executive positions with global sales and marketing responsibilities in the US, Sweden and around the world. Dominique holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique of University of Montreal, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and an MBA from McGill University.
MARC LECLERC
VP Strategy and Marketing
Marc’s background spans the areas of computing, telecoms, internet and cloud technologies with over 25 years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing and Business Development. He has worked for Apple Computer, Matrox, and Ericsson. Marc is an active participant in standards groups and industry fora, and has been on the board of directors of the Parlay Group, participated in the OMA, chaired work groups in the GSMA, is a frequent speaker at industry events and has several dozen published articles in the global technology press including the Ericsson Business Review. In April 2016, Marc was appointed Market Area Director of the Open Networking Foundation (ONF.)
LUC MAYRAND
VP Research & Development
Luc is an experienced manager in research and development in the field of telecommunications and software engineering. He received both his Masters and Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. He held various technical and management positions in all areas of the development cycle at Ericsson for almost 20 years during which he introduced many successful new products to market, led and developed engineering units across several countries. In 2005 Luc became VP R&D at Blueslice Networks, which was acquired by Tekelec in 2010.
JESPER ERIKSSON
VP Product Management
Jesper has more than 20 years of experience working in the high tech industries. Most recently he co-founded several start-ups developing software solutions leveraging cloud computing and smart phones/tablets. Previously, Jesper was Head of the T-Mobile USA Customer Team at Nokia Siemens Networks and VP Sales at Siemens Communications USA. He was Director of Sales at Alcatel-Lucent. He was VP Sales and Business Development at Spatial Wireless, a mobile soft-switch start-up company (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent). Jesper started his professional career at Ericsson, where he worked for 15 years and held various positions in development, customer project management, customer technical support, sales and business development in Sweden and the USA.

ROCH DUBÉ
Chairman of the Board
Roch L. Dubé is an accomplished business leader that successfully launched and managed several private and public companies. His most recent appointments include: President of Bell Aliant Québec and Ontario; President and CEO of Bell Nordiq Group; President of Aliant Telecom and founding President and CEO of Connexim. During his distinguished career within the BCE family, he built a reputation for excellence through his customer-focused approach and his ability to inspire employees to surpass themselves. Under his leadership, Bell Nordiq Group was recognized for two years in a row among the 50 Top Employers in Canada. He has received several honours and awards for his business and academic accomplishments. Actively involved in the business community, he is Chairman of the Board of the Quebec Society for Quality (Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité) and was recently appointed Chairman of the Board of the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscaminque (UQAT). Roch also sits on the Board of Directors of Gestion Valeo, s.e.c. and its Investment Committee. Moreover, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Quebec Chamber of Commerce Federation (FCCQ) 2008-09 and sat on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Very close to the community, he was actively involved in the success of the Canadian Special Olympics National Games 2008 where he presided as Chairman of the Board, as well as the founder in Quebec for Kids, Help Phone. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Landrx Simulation Inc., a joint partnership of Dubé & Co.
ALEXANDRE LAPORTE
Board Member
Alexandre founded and managed his own technology company in the United States. He has experience in subordinated debt financing and venture debt at the BDC with high-growth technology profile companies. Thanks to his varied expertise, he has a broad knowledge of the financial sector and companies in scale-up mode. He joined the Fonds FTQ in 2022 where he is involved in the identification and the evaluation of new investments as well as in the management of investments in portfolio.
CHRISTOPHER HANCK
Board Member
Christopher is the Chief Investment Officer of Somel Investments which invests in local innovative technology start-ups, and is an investor of NoviFlow. Chris began his career at Ernst & Young; working in Silicon Valley and helping venture-backed technology clients through the IPO process. He then moved on to financial advisory roles and has extensive experience in M&A, restructuring, and corporate governance. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, a graduate diploma in Chartered Accounting and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) registered with the Quebec CPA Order.
PHILIP BLACK
Board Member
Philip Black is a successful high-tech executive, with over 35 years of experience as a CEO. Philip led two successful IPOs, (Tekelec and DotHill) as well as completing a successful M&A event (Nexsan acquired by Imation), providing significant returns to investors. In addition to his CEO experience, Philip has sat an independent director on numerous private and public company corporate boards, and has completed the Stanford Graduate Business School’s program for Public Company Directors.
TYSON MACAULAY
Board Member
Tyson Macaulay is a technology veteran with over 25 years of cyber security experience. Tyson has worked internationally in the areas of network, endpoint and cloud/DC security, in addition to holding several previous Advisory and Director positions. Tyson is a cyber security researcher and lecturer with a personal syllabus of four books, dozens of periodical publications and international standards contributions, and two registered patents in cyber security. Tyson continues to support the development of engineering and security standards through Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) and the International Standards Organization (ISO).
DAVID CANELLOS
Board Member
David has a long history of leadership in cybersecurity. Prior to becoming CEO of Ericom Software which provides a Zero Trust platform, David was SVP of Global Service Providers for Symantec. He joined Symantec through the acquisition of Blue Coat Systems, a company specialized in cloud and web security. He also served as CEO for four years at Perspecsys, a cloud data encryption company. Before that, David was SVP Worldwide Sales and Marketing at digital platform cybersecurity company Irdeto, a division of Naspers and President of Cloakware. David has also held a variety of executive and board positions at leading cybersecurity businesses.
